We're looking to add laser-engraved coffee mugs to our product line. I've seen a video of a mug being engraved where the surface being lasered turns black instead of chewing through the surface to the white ceramic material. The comments on the video mentioned that the mugs had a special coating, does anyone know a source for these mugs. (and yes, I asked the video creator with no response).
