Mach 3 setup - errors

Hi People.

I'm no programmer etc. I set the machine years ago and running Mach3 USB on a Chinese router. 3 Files have run happily for a LONG time. That means you forget what you did when you set it up originally, so when something goes wrong, ou are out at sea!
Machine then started to lose Y axis. Checked stepper motor and swapped with Z motor. Didn't fix it. etc.
Then I decided it was the Chinese copy of the Mach 3 that might be buggy so purchased a full separate Mach 3 licence...and that's when the problems really began.
First it wasn't Mach 3 at all. It turns out that the problem had been worn slide bearing and they were jamming! (Feeling a little dumb...)
Having replaced the bearings etc, now I do really have software / setup problems.
The job of the machine is to only cut concentric circles.
But the new software (and the original)needed setting up from scratch and now it doesn't like the original files. It's throwing up G90/91 errors under "Abnormal Operation"
When checking the code it is always stopping at line 14 with another error code..and of course it won't run at all.
And finally the image on screen is no longer concentric circles but screwed circles.
I've changed IJ from Absolute to incremental. No joy.
First image shows the correct image to the file (second image) Next is the error message and finally the erroneous image of the eccentric circles.

BTW. The machine centre is centre of the job - obv I'd think by looking at the file.
I feel it is something to do with the setting in general config, but there are so many parameters and if you're not familiar, it is a bit too much.

Odd, very odd. Right now I cannot see any problem.

Normally one does a full circle in two halves, but your program seems to be doing it in one hit. I believe Mach3 can handle that, but many other controllers can not.
Given that it is doing the circle in one hit, I cannot explain the error message. Sorry. At least not at this hour of the morning. :)
