BTW. The machine centre is centre of the job - obv I'd think by looking at the file.
I feel it is something to do with the setting in general config, but there are so many parameters and if you're not familiar, it is a bit too much.

Odd, very odd. Right now I cannot see any problem.
Normally one does a full circle in two halves, but your program seems to be doing it in one hit. I believe Mach3 can handle that, but many other controllers can not.
Given that it is doing the circle in one hit, I cannot explain the error message. Sorry. At least not at this hour of the morning. :)
