I have a K2CNC KT3925 (24" x 48") which has been really unreliable. I am considering having the TC9 servos upgraded to Hybrid Steppers and replacing all the electronics with industrial grade components. CNCRepair can build me a kit for $3625. Is this upgrade worth it considering a replacement machine of that size would be much more.
