MACH 4, Z touch plate , tool height setup

Hello,

I am trying to setup Mach4 to use a Z touch plate to set the tool height.
I have this working where I can hit the touch button and then the probe panel opens then I can hit the Z touch button.
What I would like to do is have a simple dedicated custom button (Z Touch for example) on the main screen so when I hit that button the Z axis will simply move down to the allow the tool to touch the touch plate and then set the tool height.

My question is really where can I find information on the best way to do this? I have found a read / watched lots of probing links and videos but can't seem to find information to simply do what I need.
Its just so I can set my too height after each tool change before I run a job.
