Help VF-2D alarm code 123

At this moment we have a Haas machine model VF-2D
Manufactured in 05/07.
We have a problem happen repetitively and it happens sometimes very often and some times don´t
it appers an alarm code 123 (Spindle Drive Fault)
We have a question:
what could be the problem? some posts says that could be the fans but they are actually doing fine, some other post says the level of oil but the oil it is at the normal level.
Any of this forum has had this problem and Could give us some advice.
