Full building process of cnc

Hello everyone! I’m completely new in CNC so first of all i want to describe my project idea.

I got this stl file (piece by piece) of a 5 axis cnc milling machine, my idea is to print on 3d printer some parts and the rest of the structure do it by myself. In the hypotetical case that i reach to build it successfully and mounting all the motors and everything my questions are:

- How can i use a geometrically complex pice exported fron blender in stl or another format to put on fusion 360 and set it on Mach3 to machine it on the “desktop 5 axis cnc”?
-what settings should i put on Fusion 360 to operate a 5 axis cnc with my desing and which one on Mach3?
- about the hardware, which control board should i use for manage 5 axis on mach3, which motors and drivers do you reccomend me for cut soft metal as aluminium?

My conputers are Mac and windows, i dont know how to work with linux.
