POWER DRAWBAR HELP NEEDED!

Hi,

Can someone suggest a suitable pneumatic air solenoid valve I can use for controlling my single acting air cylinder (spring return)

I have looked at 3 way 2 position valves would this be suitable for the application? If so any suggestions of any available?

With regards to the wiring side, say I have a 12v DC air solenoid valve does the attached image look correct for connecting it to a control relay board ? Such as the cnc4pc c15 relay board that I have - https://cnc4pc.com/c15-dual-relay-board.html - also on the air solenoid valves I have been looking at they say 12v DC 3.0w what power supply would you use to power this 12v amps?

I am looking to control it all through mach3 via the c15 relay board

Any help will be muchly appreciated
