CNC conversion Kits

Hi,
I am starting to look for a CNC conversion Kit for my Bolton ZX45. Does anyone know about CNCElements. Have they gone out of business? I have sent e-mails to them with no response. They say that they are soldout of the kits ; but, more will be arriving.
