Re: Shizuoka AN-S
I do not have a source for one. I planned to measure/engineer one and then machine it. I'll make several when/if I get it done. I would appreciate the opportunity to buy one if someone else goes through the exercise. Measurements of a good one would be very much appreciated, too.

Re: Shizuoka AN-S
How did you pull the Y axis ball screw? Did you have to remove the knee? I am rebuilding the X/Y axis on a Shizuoka AN-S mill. Thanx!!

Re: Shizuoka AN-S
So my belt finally popped! It seems like I have to wind the screw that moves the yoke for the variable width pulley all the way out and then the variable pulley assembly should pull all the way off. Happily it seems to have slid off the end of the splined shaft down into the gearbox. I too have sheared the nylon back gear if anyone has a source. I fear I'll have to reverse engineer it and machine one... It figures I broke the belt an hour after everyone closed for the weekend.

Re: Shizuoka AN-S
Nice machine. Nice servo drives. Absolute bargain.
