How do the Error output terminals work on the Huanyang VFDs
Hi i just installed a 220v 3kw HY series Huanyang VFD for use with my 2.2kw spindle and i was reading the manual and saw that there were 5 output terminals, DRV, UPF FA FB and FC,
i see that what they do can be set via PD050,PD051 and PD052 and there is a picture of the manual that shows them as "Multi Output, 3A/250vac, 3A 30VDC" but i can't figure out what they are actually doing, i set them to trigger on motor run to test and i was not getting any of those options.
has anyone used these? How are they wired and configured? i haven't been able to find much on the internet about this and the manual is incomplete.
I would like to have the VFD trigger a feed hold, stop or EStop if it has an error condition these would feed into my Warp 9 ESS.
thanks

Edit: for some reason, the rotation is screwed up on the images sorry!
Re: How do the Error output terminals work on the Huanyang VFDs
The outputs can be programmed as per the list, the DRV and UPF is open collector of a NPN transistor.
The FC,FA, FB is simply a N.O. and N.C. contact of a relay, use the N.O. and program the function for it as a FAULT which would be setting # 3 for the parameter, in this case, in the event of a fault, there would be contact closure between FB and FC.
BTW PD052 relay terminals are set to 03 fault indication by default.
