Setting up Plasmacam with Hypertherm Powermax 65

I do some part time work for a local shop, and he had a Plasmacam set up with a Miller machine. Recently it died and he replaced it with a Powermax 65, with a hand torch. He's got both halves of the control cable that go from the cutter to the plasmacam machine, but I have no idea what the respective pinouts are and which wires need to be soldered together. I checked Plasmacam's website and that was basically useless. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
