Help for first CNC Plasma design

Help for first CNC Plasma design.
I am new to the world of CNC.

I want to build a 3000mm x 1500mm machine (effective work area).

I would like to know:

1- Where to see successful machines of these dimensions. (ideas, tips, mechanical drawings, plans, videos...). I've been looking in this forum but I couldn't find what I'm asking, maybe I didn't know how to search well.
2- I intend to cut steel sheets from 1/8 " to 5/8" thick. What should be the speed range of the torch?
3- What does RP mean?

RP in the CNC world generally means Rack & Pinion.
