I know we have good code, I've even run to my old employer and ran there posts on my machine which is exactly the same control? We have an older Mazak M2 Control, It reads the H value, but automatically on start up it goes to T00 instead of T01? But it reads the t01 H value, but not the t01 m06? Just curious while I work with this if anybody has any insight as the service techs on controls are gone for the day at Mazak?

So if I take the t01 m06 line out of the code, and just manually load the tool in advance it will just take the tool that is in the spindle and read the H value and run just fine.....??? Problem most of my programs that I run are 20 tools and run for days on end till they are done, so this causes issues as I can only run one tool at a time then have to manually switch tools and load a new program for the next tool..... Any thoughts or idea's would be extremely helpful, my only thought is it has to be something in the Parameters?
