Fanuc 11m, does not start

Hi good day,

In a Kitamura center with 11m fanuc control, when i turn on the control the following menu appears and the operation panel does not start.

FS11MF 2122Q
Romtest: end
Ramtest: end
Aux cpu start: end
Bubble initialize: No Bubble
Bubble preparation: No Bubble
IPL
1 - Dump memory
2 -
3 - clear file
4 - Bubble
5 -
6 - End IPL
?

I see that the key is in the Lock position, I have lost the key, any suggestion of what could be the cause of the error?
