Hello! Do you some 5 Axis Foam Cutting program with option for rotative table? I want to make this kind of CNC but I can't find any suitable program. Thank you!

You dont need a 5 axis. Only a 2 axix X&Y and a 3rd axis to rotate material. View youtube. Search for "comcli" user and watch the movies.
DeskProto writes continuous 4th axis toolpaths and 5th axis indexing is possible. Foam's not a problem. See DeskProto: 3D CNC machining for non-machinists. STL file milling for any CNC milling machine
