problem about cycle 19 and cycle 7, machine caculated wrong offset x and z

good morning!
I am new with heidenhain control, I am trying to cut a small pocket at X-1.7 from center part @-45 degree from B axis. I don't know why when I use cycle 7 and cycle 19 to rotate and shift the datum, the machine did not read the right offset in X and Z axis. I have checked in parameter #7500 :%0001. I don't know what happened to the machine or something wrong with my program. my machine is Parpas Sl 90/3500
