Chinese Black Red 80W laser problem

Hi. I have brand new BR laser. I have been using it for a week now. After few day of use one problem appeared. When I tun off the machine after work and I start it tomorrow it forgets home position and when it comes home in top right corner it keep going and making loud noises, so I had to reset x and y axis every time I start the machine. Limit switches are working but the machine ignores them until I restart both axis. Last night after completing the job machine started going home and loud noises appeared as you can see in the video. When I move it to the top and the bottom everything is OK but in the middle x axis does not work correctly. I don't know can you hear it on the video but, when I move the y axis, there is a small kick which is like the border there the machine works/not work. So in the bottom it works, I move up y axis and kick, loud noise, move up y, another kick, cant move x axis, move up y one more kick and it works. I can locate where the kick comes form, but you can feel it on the laser head. Does anyone know what is the problem here? Sorry for bad English.
