Manual entry - what variable name holds the 1006 comment string?

Hi. tinkering with an old post made for V8.1. Trying to look at the manual entry comment string before its output for a word in the programmer's comment, then output the comment and change a few codes if the word is present. We have this trick working on our mills, but cant seem to find what variable name the lathe package is hiding the manual entry comment in. Its not Scomm0.
