I am new at Haas and I have a few questions.
The programmer from Haas is supposed to come around next week.
How do you edit programs properly with zero offset ( I can approach the tool with the index arm.)
How do you use cycles G71 and G72 when rough facing/ finishing, longitudinal roughing and finishing - diameters from 14-9; 45 long?
Are there any undercut cycles?
Could anybody write me a short program with G51 and G54?

I managed to understand the purpose of G51 and G54.
But how do I define the work pieces’ neutral point?
I couldn’t find anything in the manual.
The programmer doesn’t come until the 2.11.
I wanted to try out some turning processes before he comes.
