Mazak QT250 Errors

Hi - I am hoping someone can help me with some errors that have appeared on a Mazak QT250. I powered up the machine after being idle for 1 week and was faced with the following errors;

215 Chuck System Malfunction
224 Chuck Sensor Malfunction
231 Tool Eye Position Sensor Malf
282 Chuck clamp exceed time
297 Chuck pressure down

Chuck sensors had not been touched after previous batch run (I had intended to run more of the same parts). Chuck pressure is fine and tool eye sensors are all good. The machine is showing the chuck as open when it is fully closed or open. The machine will not reset or move past these errors.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
