Mitsubishi Drive - Error 52.5

Dear Experts

We have special purpose milling machine , with Mitsubishi drive MR J4 500A – one each for X and Y axes
Mitsubishi Electric AC Servo Motor : HG-SR502K, #AC 152V 22A %KW

Error 52.5 on both drives

1. X axis was not getting referenced – yesterday we had sudden power failure from Electricity Board and since then, X axis not getting referenced ie sometimes it stops with display showing 5, sometimes 12 etc , earlier we used to have this problem but could be fixed after couple of switch off and on

1. As both motors are same, we have marked and swapped encoders between both Motors to isolate problem due to encoder, now due to mismatch, both axes move a little on their ON after Control ON and stops
