I have just made a small size foam cutter, so far, so good. It Is powered by the Smoothieboard, it uses extruded aluminum, some 3D printered parts. Right now im trying to add a thermocouple to improve the cutting temp along with the cutting speed, any suggestions??

Very nice machine, can you share a little bit information about heating the wire, how you control it. Where you buy this "brackets" that slide up /down and hold the wire, my guess 3D printing?
