DOS FLADDER / PMC-L SUB Reference / Programming Manual
Folks,
I've been working on a 0-TB with a PMC-L and I'm trying to understand some of the differences in the older ladder representation as compared to newer PMCs. For example, a SUB24(TMRB) is a fixed timer, but the ladder for the OT-B shows one instance represented as shown in the attached screenshot. This would be a count up timer 11, fixed at 500ms, but what is the timer doing with diagnostic address D400? If anyone knows where a programming manual for the PMC-L or FLADDER might be hiding or at least something that explains the older format of the SUB functions, it would be a huge help.
Thanks,
Dave

Tmrb function is fixed in the ladder, but requires three bytes of area... Tmr is adjustable in diagnostic table and requires five bytes...
Re: DOS FLADDER / PMC-L SUB Reference / Programming Manual
Thanks for the info. This is one of the most convoluted ladders I've ever seen. The address space usage overlaps between conditional functions and some of the timer bytes are conditionally assigned to static binary conversions. Really unpleasant to decipher.

I need to read the PMC of my old lathe(CNC FANUC 0T-B) to understand some diagnistic parameter.
Have you got a copy of this dos software?
