what's the difference between the software toolpath types?

Hi,
There are 12 toolpaths, from 'profile' to '3d finishing' and all between.
I'm wondering about the difference for these types:

What's the difference between 'Pocket', 'Inlay'?

What's the difference between 'V-carve engraving' and 'Quick engraving'?

Start Aspire, no need to create a new project, straight click on Help, then on Help Contents.
