C-tek, CNC milling, KM-100D, freezing while booting

I have a CNC milling machine, C-tek, the model is KM-100D.

Today, I wanted to make a copy (clone) of its CF card.
I took the card and read it on my PC through a card reader. Clone it, Then, return in it back to the CNC machine.

After that, I started the machine, MS-DOS started, few message were shown, and then the machine freezes with black screen.

I have attached a photo of my machine and its plate, a short snapshot, showing the issue.
What is your recommendations?

Can we get a new copy of the CF card, it may have been corrupted.
