Path Pilot WCS does not coordinate with Fusion 360 WCS when posting program
In other words I have set X/Y 0 as the lower left corner of my work piece on Fusion 360. If you look at the Path Pilot screen (see photo) you will see that X/Y 0 are actually in the center of the work piece. How do I correct this?

Can you post the fusion file? Seems like there's gotta be something wrong there.

Have you probed/set the working coordinate offset zero yet?
And are you sure the "stock box point" you use in the CAM is really the lower-left corner, and not the center, in the "Setup" tab?
(Just checking -- those are the two things that immediately come to mind.)

the first x move on your screen indicates that the code is not written to the bottom left corner of your part
