Okuma LB 15 Lathe - Fanuc spindle drive parameters needed

I have a Okuma LB 15 lathe with OSP5000L-G control and Fanuc AC spindle drive type A06B-6055-H208 with top pcb type A20B-1001-0120. The spindle motor is Fanuc AC Motor Model 8 - 7.5 KW / 11 KW - AC 220 V, 3 Phase. The original spindle drive parameters are lost. If anybody has the parameter values for this machine, please post the same. Thanks
