note -also need 2 others one ZEISS in North Carolina in central , and need PC DMIS near Charlotte one racing related one medical
1) Associate’s degree with two-years minimum manufacturing experience, or a graduate of a manufacturing apprenticeship program, or five-years manufacturing experience
2) Significant knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (ASME Y14.5)
3) Experience with Wenzel and Brown & Sharpe CMMs, and Renishaw probes.
4) Experience in programming CNC CMMs in OpenDMIS and PCDMIS.
5) Experience with mechanical measurement systems such as micrometers, height gages, sine plates, indicators, etc.


Job Description:
1) Quality Technician will report to the Quality Manager.
2) Develop and prove out production ready CNC CMM programs for the purpose of First Article Inspections (AS9102) and in-process inspections for new product.
3) Maintain and improve current CMM programs on legacy product.
4) Provide ad hoc programs as necessary to support manufacturing.
5) Provide secondary back-up inspection support for Metrology Lab.
6) As required provide statistical process capability analysis for new and legacy product.
