Mitsubishi Sinker Spindle Rotation

We have gotten a used EA22 sinker and are trying to use the rotating spindle feature. We received no documentation with the machine (we are working on this!).

What setup M codes are required to get the spindle out of positioning mode and into spindle mode?

If someone happens to be familiar with this machine, can you post a little snippet of code that will allow burning with a rotating spindle? For instance, I'd like to burn a .75" diameter hole with a .50 diameter rotating electrode.
