SRAM Back-up

I am trying to do an S-RAM and Ladder back up via the Fanuc Boot System. However it is not working out as the fanuc manual explains. I beleive it is because the control is also running windows. When holding in 6 and 7 at start up it takes me to a windows screen that I am not able to navigate on. Possibly I need too hook up a mouse. Is there a different procedure for this? Fanuc 160is OKK HM-600
