G84 tapping - not rigid

Hi all,
I’m fairly new to CNC programming and am having an issue. I’m attempting to code a simple G84 tapping cycle and keep getting a format error on the control.

I have a Tree Journeyman CNC Mill with the Dynapath 40m control. I don’t have the code here with me now or would post it. Can somebody post an example of a G84 tapping cycle? I’m beating my head on the wall trying to figure this out. Thanks in advance.

My issue is resolved. In case anyone cares — this control didn’t like an L (dwell value) of 3.xx decimal places. I shortened it to Lx.x and no more error.
