SINUMERIK 810D/840D - RAM UPGRADE

Hello to everyone since its my first post here!

I have Sinumerik 810D/840D and soon ill get program that will require more memory.

Can you tell me if there is a way to upgrade memory in this machine? I'm attaching photos.

I'm pretty sure the 840D memory can be extended via system parameters, depends on how much was allocated by the machine tool builder. 810D I think needs a new NC card.

Machine builder allocated 32mb of ram and I need to double it. NC card? What does it have to do with RAM?

(im learning - don't go to hard on me please) :)
