Positioning laser working, engraving laser not

Hello everybody.
I just bought a laser engraver 3000mw. Set everything up, but the laser doesn't work. Searched the internet but couldn't find a solution. Only the blue positioning laser is working but the "real" laser not. It makes some sound and moving around but there is no laser beam. Anyone can help me?
