Error 3094 in compensation data

The error “3094 error in compensation data” occurs on our 840C.
How can I get to those IKA data?

There aren’t any data there. Or maybe they are read- and write-protected.
I wanted to know where I could find the points denoted in the error message.
There’re values from 277 to 4300. But I can’t find these numbers in the (visible) program.
