Notice the cutting data condition:
1. The purity of oxygen should not be less than 99.5%.
2. Carbon of steel plate should be ≤0.45%.
3. Cutting method should be vertical cutting.
4. Oxygen pressure given is preheat oxygen before cutting.

Height: 0-30(60-160)
It is the expected value of the torch height, set by users. Larger the value, working height will be set higher.
60~160 is the value you will see in the display
Cutting Height, It is the relative height the THC maintains for the ARC voltage.


Sensitivity: 0-10
To adjust the sensitivity of the THC. To increase the sensitivity of THC lowers this value. Height ± Sensitivity value the THC will not be adjusted its height.


IHS Height: 0-100(0-12) mm
Before pierce, the torch will go down and touch the plate, then the torch will be lift to a certain height, this height is the IHS height. 0~12 mm is the height the can be adjusted

4.This display on the first digit shows, the THC reached HIGH LIMIT
