Fanuc error 998 ROM Parity Error

Have ROM Parity Error 0B1 on our TOPWELL TW-105RH old baby.

Fanuc O-MD series

Software version is 0472-01, can any one help us with the rom file? we will burn it into a new chip.

Where is the rom version found? the sticker on the chip is wiped out, I can not tell what version it is... I only know the control version which is 0472-01

Strange... this alarm also occurs if your option parameters are wrong... one option refers to a éprom not présent or something like that.
Did you try a complete clear ,?

Yes, cleared everything with no success, still error is there.

Hi, I have also ROM parity error 998 in Fanuc 0M-F. In my case option parameter 905.5 launch the error. That parameter define ladder size.
