vtc 20 b maztrol m plus 212 alarm ATC

The VTC Machine was in our storage for 6 month . When we started it again it gave 212 alarm right when the control comes on . When I do homing and jog the ATC it only move one tool and SLOWLY , than the small Yaskawa speed control cnanges from the " good" "0" display to "1"or "3" . The motor brake disengages and it seems to run free but slowly and only one tool. I remember the machine was doing it very fast and slowing doun upon reachine the proximity switch . This PS reacts - it changes color and it does sort of slow down. The machine did not loose its parameters while in storage . It looks like I need to do some very basik operation like teaching it where the zero reference of the ATC but I realy cannot figure it out. Help Please
