V carve tool path limit?

Trying to bid a router job so I vectorized the art and tried to create a tool path. If I select a small portion of the vector art a tool path is created BUT if I select it all, no tool path is created. Have I exceeded some limit in BobCAD v27?

I doubt it. It's most likely a geometry issue. Vectorizing can be tricky and make a bunch of stuff that needs to be dealt with...
