Advice choosing CAD/CAM software

Hi all,

I currently have cabinets made for my camper business by creating cut lists with cut layouts for a table saw using SketchUp. This goes to a cabinet maker.

I want to invest in a CNC machine. I also need parametric modelling.

I'm training myself on Fusion 360 but the cut lists don't seem very good.

What CAD software is parametric, can produce optimised cut lists with layouts for a table saw, and can move to CNC in the future? I don't mind paying a reasonable amount.
