ATC issue with an Integrex 35, Mazatrol T-Plus

Hello, new here, I have found a lot of useful info on this forum.
The ATC doesn't seem to want to cooperate. If I have a vertical or horizontal turning tool in the turret and the program calls for a milling tool, the first thing that will happen the turret will move to X, 9 and Z,30 from home position, where it will sit with the x and z lights blinking on the control panel. Eventually, the ATC will time out and throw an error message (5 minutes) There are no attempts from the ATC to move during that time and the ATC door remain closed. In manual mode, I'm able to open and close the door, move the arm from stand-by position to turret as well as the magazine, sometimes it will extend and retract, but not rotate. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
