How to read the active CC plane and its values from the tnc? I reckon this should be possible with the FN18: SYS READ, but i can't find the ID for it from manual or anywhere.

71 FN 18: SYSREAD Q1110 = ID503 NR54 IDX1 ;X
72 FN 18: SYSREAD Q1111 = ID503 NR54 IDX2 ;Y
73 FN 18: SYSREAD Q1112 = ID503 NR54 IDX3 ;Z
