Hi everyone,
I’m a beginner using a Doosan Daewoo Puma 300LMC (2002) with Fanuc 18i control. I recently started using live tooling to mill squares and engrave letters.
My problem is that when I mill a rectangle using G01 moves, the sides are not straight—they look slightly curved inward. I'm milling in plastic and using a live tool mill.
I've attached photos showing the problem and my code. I am milling 36mm x 36mm rectangle.
Any idea what might cause this?
