    QT-28N 128 Emergency Stop

    I'm powering up a '90 QT-28N and getting a few alarms.

    200 Thermal Trip (Emergency Stop)
    8 Battery Malfunction
    128 Emergency Stop

The 200 Thermal Trip I can 'avoid' by powering up with E-Stop depressed. If not, I hear the contact breakers cycle a couple times and receive this alarm.
    8 Battery Malfunction is clearable

I've been trying to trace the 128 Emergency Stop, looking through ladder and circuit diagrams. Nothing specific on 128 in the ladder.
I found this diagram show the E-Stop circuits

EMGB Relay is lit up. I think it's coming from NC, but not able to determine where/why.

Servo Drives and Spindle Drive showing E7

    thanks

    Re: QT-28N 128 Emergency Stop

Update: Found at broken wire at the thermal fuse on the transformer panel. Even though I tested continuity at the terminals days ago, failed to notice the broken wire.

Everything is working except for Tail Body and Quill, and Tool-Eye retraction. Off to trace more wires.
