    Reversed axes on 6040

Hi. Sorry if this question was asked or it's a simple solution. I had 6040 for years but it was stored. Recently I reconnected and having trouble to understand why Z- and Y-axes are reversed. X-axe is fine. If I command up it goes down, same with Y. All motors and wiring same, same controller. The software has default settings, so there is no mirror or other boxes checked. Did I missed anything? I will install another CNC software and see if problem is still there. Anything I can do or check? Thanks.

    Hi,
    what CNC software is it?

Mach3 stored all its machine settings and variables in an .xml file, and they tended to get corrupted over time. Do you have a backup?
