Hello. Im a worker on a factory that produces MDF Wetwall boards.
Just got a trouble before the summerleave, wich was: Spindle 1 Coolant not OK. A red warning. Something tells me that the spindle doesent get coolant.
Spindle engine was swapped during summerleave, but when we get back and tried produce, the mesage was back after maybe 2 hours.
Everything has been checked of the cooling fluid routing, and it seems OK.
Anyone with suggestions? Please help.

Hi friend, I wonder if you have checked whether the coolant is contaminated. Unclean coolant can also cause the spindle bearing to stick or fail.
