SCM Pratix S15 controller not seeing PC

    Hello, some urgent help needed.
We recently had the screen for our controller repaired after it was dropped. The repairs were carried out by the manufacturer in Italy and the controller was returned.
But it now doesn't see the computer and we are trying to figure out why. Everyone is busy, so I (marketing guy) have been tasked to find out why.
Having read a few posts about Windows 7 and parameters needing to be saved etc, I know I'm considerably out of my depth. But assuming the battery was changed or at least disconnected during the repair, I believe that somekind of re-boot is required. SCM have yet to reply to our contact, other than to say phone support needs to be paid for until then hurry up and wait.
Are there any kind folk out there who could point me in the direction of someone who could help.
If we need a specialist/programmer, does anyone know of the person who operates in Bucks?
This machine has been out of commission for too long and we urgently need it back online.
