    MC161 is main CPU. you are correct.

    Anyway, what do u get when you power up, after you see MELDS... u get what warninig, or error? Do you get black screen?

    Hm. Why dont' u use G68.2? Calculcation is automaticaly, and u dont get alarm when u exceed from S paramters...

    Lol: First check battery. If its good, then off on the machine, to get the drive into zero lost mode. Then setup zero point using MRJ2SW(u need to know where is your electrical zero and how to setup...

    Check battery. Normaly if battery is really exhausted, then the CMOS paramters are also lost.

    u lost paramters. Check if you get on HR083 or HR084 power supply card, the battery alarm and EMG alarm? Check battery, while power on, what is voltage?
    Alarm 15 is normaly because of that.

    Do u have ATC STOP menu ON?

    Before T001T0M6, Add M5, and M19, at seperate blocks.
    Btw, when it stops, does the cycle start button is ON?

    dont play with mrj2sw, if you dont know. Use first Mazatrol menus. guhl sends you some operation tips.

    When do u get the alarm? Asap when u power on? or during some sepc. operation?

    Check M7355. Check conditions wich turn this marker to ON. Normaly is OFF, when machine goes ready NO, Servo ON.

    Might problem with HR371. Means that PLC doesn't get digital input from your siwtch and doesnt stop. You should get alarm 128 outside interlock whe this happens.
