Apparently the X axis is slowly sinking when turned off. That's probably why it loses its position. Does anyone have any ideas what we'll need to fix to keep it from moving when off?

I think it's in the power board, a 3.2 amp that blows every time we turn it on. I've tried to take pics of where it is located.
Machined powered back up and has parts counter alarm up and low level coolant. EX 21 & EX 22. Can't clear them. Any ideas?
