once you surface it a couple times it happens as well. I find that once it starts to curl on the corners surface it and then flip it over and use the other side and its good for a little while again....

if joining does not work also try common line removal. If you have two lines on top of each other it can sometimes cause problem and using common line removal will remove one of the lines.
