I did a few more measurings with the RPM set to 24000rpm on Mach3 (not manually on VFD)

With the spindle NOT running:
Between ACM and +10V: 10.2V
Between ACM and Vi: 10.0V

And also the PD070 to 76 is setup like you posted here. And yes, the forward motion is controlled by a relay, so 0-10V is 0 to 400 Hz, all in forward motion...

VFD <-> Gecko
+10V <-> Terminal 9
Vi <-> Terminal 8
ACM <-> Terminal 7

5A er sikkert nok, men det kommer an på hvilken spenning det er på.

Mine Nema23 kjører på 3.15V (3A), som vil gi ca 10W per stepper.

Kjører strømforsyninga di på 48V f.eks, vil den være kapabel...

Aluprofilene var noe av de billigste av materialer gitt! Vi var heldige som fikk noen lengder mer eller mindre gratis!!
